Finally , ghajini has hit the theatres , and the gals have started going 'gaga' over aamir's packs . ( wel ! im as usual going 'GagAga' over asin :p :p :p ) Its now Aamir's turn to make a few eyeballs pop , and he has done it with elan . Though im not a keen follower of Bollywood movies , Aamir has always been rite at the top of my Favs list :) geting back to the packs . . . ther is a big list which includes ppl lik Bruce Lee , Arnold , Stallone , Van Damme , Salman , Sharuk , Surya and now Aamir ( these re the ones whose packs i have noticed ) who have tightened their abs to shrink many hearts . This six pack phenomenon has reached its peak nowadays and aamir has been the tip of the glacier . So many gyms have cropped up . . . so many ppl . . . young and old invariably have started to sweat it out , to get a stunning physique . . . apdi enathaan iruku antha padi kattla ( 6 packs . . . i mean ) . . . ?
After Aamir released his "behind the make over" video , i wanted to know badly wat it takes to get somethin like that . I consulted few of my frenz who are "Gym bods" . "Hey dude , lie down flat and start crunching yaar . . . do 10 sets each containing 10 crunches . increase the number everyday and im sure it ll work . " said one . Another frend of mine was even more weird in wat he said , " machi ! start squatting da " . . . I was like start wat . . . ??? "squ...a..tt..ing" he said slowly. It took me some time to realise that its nothing but sitting and standing up in complex stances to tighten and lighten yur thighs , called i this weird way . Enna koduma sir ithu . . . :D
The very next day , I got up early in the morning ( pls note : get'n up is not a big deal , cos i get up to download torrents lik any other BSNL Home plan users ) with aspirations to shed of the flesh . I strongly ( wrongly! rather . . ) had a belief that , two or three days of training is wat it ll tak to get in to shape . I started dancing like Mr.Bhagyaraj ( technically speaking . . warming up ) :p Once when i felt my limbs had loosened enough , i started doing the crunches . I was asked to do 10 sets of ten each . . after 4 in the first set . . i was lik "O#*+@ ! . . . namala mudiyathu . I quit my crunches then and there and started my nikkal kunthal ( its the same game yur siblings play at iskool ) . . . naanum easy thaan nu nambi aarambichen . . . hardly six and thats it . . i was lying flat holding my legs ! ouch . . . it pains . . . :*
" Aamir and surya do it for money idiot " , i said to myself . I opened the fridge took a bar of 5star and started to bite ( its my resort for al emotions ) and realised " ithu aavarthukkilla" .
I dnt have a gal , so that i hear a mind voice " azhage oru mayam " and i start pumping . The only mind voice i have now is " vidra machan ! " Im contend with the single ( so called ) pack i have :p
